A heavenly mix of broken wheat, milk, jaggery, and nuts! Kheer is a mainstream Indian treat made on different celebrations and events the nation over.
- 150 Broken wheat
- 50 Ghee
- 50 Raisin
- 2 Cardamom powder
- 50 ml Jaggery
- 100-gram Cashew nut
- 500 ml Milk
Follow Some Steps
- Warm ghee in a thick base non-stick dish; add slip by and sauté till clear and fragrant.
- Add raisins and sauté on high warmth. Add green cardamom powder and cashew nut and blend well.
- Add jaggery, blend well and cook briefly. Followed by adding some water, mix consistently and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Decrease heat, add milk, step by step, and continue to mix till all-around mixed.
